Effie GlobalThe Effie Awards were founded in 1968 by the American Marketing Association, New York Chapter, as an awards program to recognize the most effective advertising efforts in the United States each year. Since 1968, and particularly in the past five years, Effie has become a source of learning through conferences, judging discussion and briefs providing opportunities for insight into effective marketing communications. Effie Worldwide exists to provide information regarding effectiveness and results in marketing communications. Its main priority is to educate and share with the industry (and all interested parties) its wisdom and definition of effectiveness by spotlighting great ideas that work and encouraging thoughtful dialogue about the ever-changing world of marketing communications. The Effie network has teamed up with some of the top research and media organizations worldwide to bring its audience the most relevant and first-class insights into effective marketing strategy. This has taken shape in webinars, white papers, global conferences, winners showcases and more. |
New York Festivals AwardsNYF maintains an international network of media representatives who promote the competitions in over 65 countries. These representatives are a crucial element in upholding NYF’s dedication to searching out and rewarding the World’s Best Work™ - not only by recruiting entries but also filling the judging rosters with award winning creatives who represent every advertising center of the world, ensuring that all work is judged without cultural bias and that each competition really does represent the best in communications the world has to offer. Each NYF competition is supported by a Board of Judges and Advisors, each of which is led by a chairperson and represents a veritable "who's who" of international communications. Entries are judged by panels of international award winning industry professionals who are recognized as leaders in their respective fields. The preliminary round of judging produces Finalist winners. Finalist winners receive a Finalist Certificate. Further judging rounds determine Bronze, Silver and Gold medal winners. Gold award winners then contend for Grand Prix Awards. |
